Return Eligibility
As our products are customised by printing for you when you place your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
What We Cover
We provide replacements or refunds for:
- Damaged products on arrival
- Quantity or specification errors
- Quality issues with delivered items
- Incorrect size ordered (replacement in correct size available)
Return Window
You must initiate return requests within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
Condition Requirements
T-shirts must be returned in original condition - unworn and unwashed.
How to Request a Return
Submit your request through our self-service portal:
- Log into your account
- Locate your order
- Click the “Return Items” link
- Select the reason for return
Accepted reasons include receiving the wrong product, defective or damaged goods, or ordering an incorrect size.
Return Postage
- Defects or damage: We cover return shipping costs
- Incorrect size: You pay return postage for size exchanges
Once approved, we’ll issue an RMA number with shipping instructions.
Refund Processing
After inspection and verification, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Bank deposits typically appear within several days after that. Store credit purchases are refunded as account balance.
